Our client is one of the leading companies in deepwater drilling and operates one of the largest fleets in the world.

Oferta:

Reporting to Sr. Human Resources Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Supervise all organizational actions and logistics linked to training programs promoted by the HR Department,

Propose, elaborate and/or organize the implantation of Base employee training programs according to the specific needs of their respective areas;

Manage the Competency Program in Brazil according to the targets and goals established by the company

Provide internal consultancy services to advise operational managers and employees

Coordinate the Training Team emphasizing the development of English speaking skills and communication with English speaking employoees

Perfil desejado

We are looking for an experienced T&D professional. The ideal candidate will have university degree in HR or related field. Ability to influence, take the lead, good communication skills and fluent english complete the requirements of the position.
