Our client is a multinational company, global leader in its segment, with operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Oferta:

Reporting to the Human Resources VP the main responsabilities will be:
- Support the country and regional management as a strategic business partner.
- Ensure that HR objectives are aligned with business objectives.
- Actively participate in global HR initiatives as a representative for the region to ensure global processes and policies reflect regional needs.
- Implement and manage local policies and guidelines to ensure compliance in all countries with local legislation and corporate guidelines, including government reporting as required.
- Represents the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions.
- Create programs to attract, develop and retain talent

Perfil desejado

We are looking for professionals with solid Human Resources experience as a generalist with focus on business demands. The candidate must have deep knowledge in personal administration, labor relations, and organizational development. A regional role in LATAM as HR business partner is required. Leadership skills and strategic vision completes the profile. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
