Reporting to the CEO the Industrial Director will be responsible for:
* Manage Production, Logistics and Maintenance areas;
* Manage multidisciplinary teams, supporting their development;
* Command the company expansion, having the challenge of define and implement strategies;
* Define areas budgets, as long managing resources throughout KPI’s.
Perfil desejado
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Director, with solid academic background in Engineering, resilient profile, with strong Lean Manufacturing and Negotiation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
