I own a mining/energy search firm and had reached out to you earlier this year when I was recruiting for a position in Brisbane, Australia if you recall?  I thought I would take the liberty of contacting you, to see if you might know of someone who could have an interest in a Processing/Plant Manager position based in Perth, Australia?

The role is for a mining company who are looking for an experienced manager, to lead the mining production and processing operation related to bulk materials handling, maintenance of equipment, maintenance, production planning, monitoring planned maintenance systems, procurement and management of standard operating procedures related to safety.  The role will manage a team of about 100 people and the operation is a large and high profile position with a lot of exposure to senior management.  It would suit someone with probably 10 years+ of mining operations experience and is comfortable managing staff, project management, with proven mentorship/leadership management skills.

This would suit someone looking to run a larger and more sophisticated mining maintenance/mining operations operation and the total compensation salary will probably be up to AUD300K, plus relocation costs (this would include someone relocating from overseas as well).  The role would involve a fly in/fly out arrangement from Perth.
