MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the whole S&OP process, measuring the regional established KPIs or those local ones defined, taking timely measures in other to achieve the goals and improve the service level to customers
Leads, develops and facilitates strategy, innovation and continual improvement and best in class customer service and logistics value performance through strategies for service, replenishment, and supply chain logistics value for profitability, productivity and revenue enhancements and its customers.
Responsible for all supply chain management functions (CSD, Planning and Logistics, Warehouse, Purchasing, Exports) through strategic leadership and execution in achievement of the Company’s goals through successful supply chain cost and service management.
Responsible for cost effective supply and replenishment planning by leadership in both strategic and tactical performance methodologies, by recommending and developing regional process systems improvements to balance supply, demand, materials, replenishment, network optimization, inventory, cost and service.
