Minimum of 2 years’ experience on managing/coordinating a team for support & maintenance of applications; 
Good knowledge of ITIL; 
Strong knowledge in IT Service Support;

Desirable knowledge in SAP ERP and manufacture processes.

Project Manager – SAP - SP/Manaus 
Project planning and execution. 
Define change control plan. 
Define risk and mitigation plan. 
Issue tracking and resolution through Onsite Coordinator. 
Ensure smooth project delivery. 
Project planning, Resource planning, Task allocation. 
Project monitoring and Status reporting. 
Scheduling weekly project review meetings. 
Review project standards. 
Provide official Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project escalation. 
Participate in Steering committee meeting. 
Project Manager. 
Finalizing the Program Communication strategy. 
Profile Well versed with handling big SAP implementation projects in Brazil.

Responsible for all PP requirements for implementation/rollout 
Should be able to manage implementation/rollout single handedly for MM/PP and integration with other modules including data migration 
Conversant with SAP Best practices 
Should have expert knowledge in data migration, tools and techniques 
Should have knowledge of SAP interfacing tools and Methodologies and how to apply them.

SAP FI/CO - SP/Manaus 
Responsible for all FI and CO requirements for implementation/rollout 
Should be able to manage implementation/rollout single handedly for FICO and integration with other modules including data migration 
Conversant with SAP Best practices 
Should have expert knowledge in data migration, tools and techniques 
Should have knowledge of SAP interfacing tools and Methodologies and how to apply them.

SAP SD - SP/Manaus 
SAP Logistics Architect (SD, LE with experience in Nota Fiscal Eletrônica) 
SD/LE Architect with strong Brazil implementation background. Should have worked on Brazil logistics requirements including Nota Fiscal Eletrônica, taxes determination & calculation (including operations with Zona Franca de Manaus). 
Responsible for all SD/ LE requirements for implementation/rollout 
Should be able to manage implementation/rollout single handedly for logistics and integration with other modules including data migration 
Conversant with SAP Best practices 
Should have expert knowledge in data migration, tools and techniques 
Should have knowledge of SAP interfacing tools and Methodologies and how to apply them.
